Refund Policy

When a refund can be given.

Reports are digital and prepared personally after payment, so we cannot cancel an order once the report has been sent.

If you paid and did not receive your PDF within 12–24 hours, message us on WhatsApp with your order ID. We will either send the report quickly or refund the payment.

If the report was prepared with the birth details you entered, a change of mind is not a reason for refund. If you entered a wrong birth time by mistake and message us before the report is sent, we can update the details.
